I was looking for a job in a smaller company than mine. The process of recruitment was first several interactions by linkedin messages, mails, sharing the CV then phone call. The recruiter seemed to be interested by my profile, by my experience, however when I shared my number of years of experience at this time, despite my achievements in my current role and what I shared previously, the recruiter changed her opinion. This company is trusting more on a number of years of experience instead of real achievement and impact. Not trusting in young talents. Salary proposal was low vs expectations. They contacted me 3 months later to propose a Junior position. I wouldn't recommend this company for ambitious young people who wants to grow fast.
