I received a link to complete a text/video interview with HireVue shortly after submitting my application, so you'd have to sit for an interview with their AI before the chance to have a screening call with a recruiter. I strongly disapprove of AI tools being used to screen for roles heavily involved with studying human context and customer empathy, so I withdrew my interest in being considered for this role.
