The first step is to answer behavioral questions on HireVue. The second step is to answer Business Aligned Questions on HireVue as well. I have not gotten into the final round yet.

The first step is a Hirevue interview. Based off of that, they choose whether or not they want to properly interview you. It is broken down into technical and behavioral interviews.

The first round was an interview where I recorded my answers. The second round was 2 virtual interviews on the same day. I received the offer later that day for the position I applied for.
