This company violates salary transparency laws in NYC. During the initial call, when asked to give a salary range, the recruiter said she didn't know it and that her VP was requiring all candidates to provide a range before moving to the next round. I told her that given that NYC has salary transparency laws, I was expecting to be provided with one on the call since it wasn't listed in the JD and let her know that for that reason, I wasn't prepared with a range. She said she would check with her VP and call me back, I never heard from her again and got a form rejection letter 2 months later. Very unethical way to recruit.

Met with 3-4 attorneys to discuss in house legal responsibilities. Everyone was very kind, personable and helpful in answering any questions. The process was very efficient. I did not make it past the first round of interviews so cannot speak to that experience.
