A: Exploratory data analysis to understand the size of the problem and understand the context in which we will develop a solution to address the issue and whether it will bring the value we hope to achieve. A couple of proposed solutions for a particular problem, e.g. recommendations and the cost to execute each solution, including a task breakdown and time estimate. Develop an end-to-end MVP based on the solution agreed upon with the team. Create a summary video of the solution and a how-to-guide. Create monitoring and reporting to evaluate how well the solution is performing. Propose a couple of ideas for improvement and iterations towards a satisfactory benchmark.
