Ans: I need to see the policy of the company first. Then I will see what are the areas where you are paying more or less and if required I would like to keep all the cases on paper. After that I would like to speak to all organization head and the staff to understand their issues/items/ queries and fill the gaps and then see what are the areas where cost can bring down smartly .
