I had a brief phone interview. Then a live interview, I believe with the president of the company. I was given an approximate time for their next step, and was told I would be notified. I waited a full week beyond their expected time frame, and sent a brief, polite e-mail. I received no response of any kind. In my opinion, if they meet face-to-face with someone and don't have the courtesy to get back to them in any way, that is a good window into the way they treat people. Not something I would ever consider.
