Phone interview with internal recruiter, got a face-to-face interview relatively quickly. Revised all the documentation they send to you and they quiz you about it all on the spot. Guy was relatively rude and didn't treat me like a human; it even appeared he was trying to put me off working there (he mustn't have liked me from the off, which is weird cos the recruiter loved me). They said they even make you stand up at your desk on Wednesdays if you fail to meet your target. Sounds awful, culturally.
