Extremely poorly streamlined interview process. 9 individual phone calls with managers, directors, and VPs, with several of them admitting they had limited interaction with the position looking to be filled. Overall, a tremendous waste of time and negative experience that needs to be sped up. Very little concern for the applying candidates time or schedule.
