You would think a professional structure exists for a big company like Qatar Energy. I was asked to keep my camera on while six interviewers on the panel kept their cameras off. No one introduced themselves; they jumped to the technical questions right after I finished my intro. One interviewer was silent the whole interview, and when she was asked to start asking questions, she did not respond. They called her name many times, but she did not respond. Overall, and no behavioural question asked. the interview was disengaging, disrespectful, stressful and dry technical questions. Reflecting poor company culture.
