I went through multiple interviews with four different people. They all were welcoming, and the interviews mostly felt like friendly conversations. I really enjoyed going through this process and learning more about the company and its vision. Even though in the end I did not get the job, it seems like a great company to work for.

I went through a lot of interviews with many different people, in different positions and roles. The whole process took several weeks, which was overall quite tiresome. Everyone was very kind, but the process was exhaustive and not very clear nor straightforward. Sometimes I did not know what was expected of me. It felt like they first assessed soft skills and then hard ones. When the research-related skills were assessed, the questions were rigid and vague.
