Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Qt Group.
Entrevista
I was invited to hiring manager interview. And the hiring manager round was a bit of both behavioural and technical interview, had a really nice chat with him. Then I was invited for a technical interview with 2 interviewers. It was a pair coding exercise followed by great technical questions. After about 2 weeks I heard back from the hiring manager that they have chosen to go forward with a more experienced engineer.

Entrevista
I've applied for the position online and filled the application form out.
*This form contains basic information about you and also a question about your salary expectations.
Then I didn't get any feedback for a month and the HR contacted me via e-mail.
There were 3 stages:
1) Screening with the HR. It contained basic questions about me, my experience, my current role etc... Also, she asked me one more time about my salary expectations , I answered that they are the same.
In a few days I was invited to the Technical interview.
2) The technical interview was quite easy - I was given a simple leetcode task which I solved for 10-15 min, I wrote the best solution with the best complexity from the first attempt and answered a few simple C++ related questions based on the code I've written. The interview was reserved for 1 hour but I wrote the code and answered all the questions for 30 min and here I realized that the interviewers expected me to solve this task slower than 10-15 min and simply didn't prepare other questions, at least it was my impression that moment. In general the interviewers were quite polite and friendly. I liked this stage.
In a few days I got the feedback that everything is great and I was invited to the "on-site" interview.
The "on-site" interview is 4-5 hours interview at the Qt office in Adlershof.
It consist of 4-5 parts such as:
1) One more technical coding interview(you will be asked to fix some bugs in Qt framework-based application and you have 1 hour)
2) One more technical theoretical interview.(nothing interesting)
3) Lunch and meet with the team.
4) Behavioral interview with HR and your manager
5) The small presenation about any technical topic or your expirience and you (optional part) - I skipped it because I didn't get the clear answer from the HR specialist about this stage - she said that it's optional and can be skipped.
So, I've successfully fixed Qt based application and passed the theoretical part but at the end of the behavioral interview was asked these questions:
"Could you explain why you have exactly this salary expectations"?
"Are you ready to negotiate your salary expectations"?
It was strange because I've successfully passed all the technical stuff and felt quite confident and the salary expectations have been known since that moment when I filled out the application form and should have been better not to start the process at all if the salary expectations are higher than the current salary limit in this company.
