The interview basically consists of 45 minutes discussion, including technical and organisational questions. The HR was friendly, but expectations were set too high. This company does not have enough resources to compensate their employers for tremendous amount of expertise and efforts required. They ask a lot from candidates, but cannot pay a decent amount.
