It is in person you will interview with the HR. Then the Hiring managers. I am quite surprised about why they want to hire a new college graduate with a college degree as an Electronic Technician instead of an Engineer. That is the issue I had with the company. Why can you simply train new college grads to be an engineers instead of making them technicians? I was asked about basic Electrical Electronic symbols and then asked basic circuitry questions on a voltage divider circuit. I was then given the company's circuit diagram and I tried my best to answer all I could. The issue I had with this company was that the hiring manager had an issue with talking about design work. I did not spend 4.5 years in school to be a technician but an Engineer. It is either the company wants to pay you low for what your degree is worth or they simply don't have the resources to train you as an Engineer. You must have 2 to 4 years of experience as an Engineer. Well, I got rejected because I was weak in Circuits. I have seen so many red flags that this company wants to short-change you for your engineering degree. After all, this is not the Job for me. If you are ready to graduate from school with a bachelor's degree and ready to work as a technician before you get promoted from two to four years this job is for you. If not I will look for somewhere they will value my time.

Applied online, and I had a couple of interviews over the phone/teams. Then I had an in-person interview, first talking to HR and then the hiring managers. We then spoke about my past experiences with electronics, spoke about how the company is. Everyone I encountered in the process seemed very open and approachable.
