I was invited to interview at their offices in Westlands. I was interviewed by a panel of 3: ! HR official and 2 of my would-be Supervisors. The interview was not rigidly structured. They asked open-ended questions to understand my experience, what interested me in the job and my working style. Overall, it was a good interview experience. Please note: Get to the offices at least 10-15 minutes before time. You have to be cleared at the gate and two receptions to get to their offices. Being a creative agency, dress in business casual or formal attire for your interview.
