I was hired by a phone conference call which went well with all who interviewed me. I was asked numerous questions about how I would deal with difficult situations, whether it would be with a co-worker, patient, etc... Overall, the interview went well and with my years of experience in the same place, pretty much summed up Quest's decision for hiring me.
