Questions were based off the data sent which you could break apart in many different ways. Questions regarding solutions based off my previous experience. Overall, it felt like I was giving them information to fix their issues without being in there an doing the role.

I answered the questions the way I had done it in the past. Without knowing the business and their processes, I was unsure what they were looking for in an entry level role.
