Dear candidate, I am the HR that interviewed you and I regret that you had a negative experience. I apologize for that. Regarding your comment, we always try to answer all the candidates and it is also true that, due to the high number of applications we receive, it is difficult to manage. In any case you are right, there is no excuse, all the candidates deserve an answer. I also encourage candidates to contact us in order to get information about the status of their applications and the progress of the process, just to avoid (or at least, decrease) these misunderstandings / mistakes. Regarding the HR questions: when we interview a candidate we like to get a holistic composition of the person, not only about his/her technical skills. We need to check, as far as possible, if Qumram's culture is shared by the candidate.
