Complete waste of time! I must say I found the hiring process quite frustrating and frankly, disrespectful of my time. There were no initial interviews, no introduction to the company – I had to do all that research myself. Then came the take-home assessment, which took a few days of hard work. In the end, I was simply disqualified without any feedback or explanations. I feel that my time was significantly undervalued throughout this process. It's experiences like this that make job hunting so stressful and disheartening.
