The Interview process was quick and easy. Didn't really ask anything out of the ordinary, but you definitely want to showcase your personality. However, after they offered me a position that's when things became chaotic. I was told I was hired for the position of financial consultant, I was sent a ton of paperwork to complete. Took about 45mins to complete but I got it done, I did the drug test, I sent over all the documents that was asked of me(Proof of Diploma, License, Birth certificate, paystubs/W-2s). After I completed everything that was asked of me, I haven't heard from R1 since. It's been almost a month I quit my Job assuming I would have started the job by now, not only that I had to take out a small loan to pay my car payment, which is due on Nov 18th, it is the 15th and again I haven't heard from anyone. Words cannot begin to describe how angry I am. For the past couple of days I wake up fuming because now I have to think about how I'm going to provide for myself. This is truly a new extreme of unprofessionalism I have ever dealt with.
