Application involved writing essays to questions and describing work experiences and volunteer work. Followed by video interviews where you record yourself answering questions - some questions you were able to record your answer with unlimited attempts, but a majority of them you were given 30 seconds to see the question and prepare your response, then have 2 minutes to speak.

Multiple online interviews that were very user friendly. At least 3 different interviews in the process. Very positive and supportive interviewers and friendly fellow interviewees. All of the interviews were online through easy to use platforms.
