Entrevista
Step one: Online application through school internal job board;
Step Two: Telephone interview with a recruiter asking about admin skills, i.e office suite proficiency, proper certificates, typing speed, etc.
Step Three: Onsite aptitude test, mostly detail-oriented type of questions, like spell check
Step Four: In-person interview with the recruiter
That's all the steps I have taken.

Pergunta 1
I had a contract position before and the recruiter questioned the reason why I had not been successful in renewing the contract. This position is a one-year maternity contract. Although the recruiter advertised that the person may not come back and it may lead to a permanent position, I knew it very well that it is not guaranteed.
The recruiter, or consultant, works part-time for the hiring company. The recruiter speaks with an accent which I am not used to so sometimes I had to ask for repetition, which she seemed not to be happy with.
I lost interest in the position in the middle of the interview because of the behavior of the recruiter: It seems not to be very professional.
I did not get invited to the next step, which should be an in-person meeting with the investment adviser.
