First interview went amazingly well - I was convinced I’d be working there, interviewer was a really nice guy too we got on really well. 2nd interview met the interviewer again and his superior. He had not even bothered looking at my cv beforehand. First 10 minutes were awkward silence while he studied my cv. Obviously felt threatened by my skills as proceeded to say there were “red flags” for him and spent rest of time trying to pick faults. Didn’t really ask any decent questions. Turns out it wasn’t just me he turned down all of the second stage interviewees. Reason for not hiring me was “didn’t think I would stay around for long” even though I’d been in my last job 13 years. Pathetic. To be honest glad I met him because I wouldn’t have liked to work for that jumped up...
