Very professional upbeat and passiveI really enjoyed working with the people that I work with I didn't however management style of micromanaging the people and then changing things without input from the staff also when you had an issue with another staff member your manager often referred to the person with the issue as the person with the issue which madeit difficult when things weren't quite right at times
