Although early in my career, I have had about 100+ interviews. This one went above and beyond for my absolute worst interview to date. They called me a half hour late, did not apologize or ask if it was still a good time to talk and did not ask me ANYTHING about myself. They put me on speaker phone with a man in the back who was “on his way out of the company” and the entire interview was just him pop quizzing me about things that were completely irrelevant to anything on my resume. I did not claim to know anything about this subject and the job description did not mention it. When I could not accurately answer the questions, they followed up with “well, what DO you know then? And don’t tell me what’s on your resume because I can read it” clearly not. Terrible waste of my time and wouldn’t recommend. I’m sure the company is great but they need a revamp on the interview process.
