Internal referral - quickly cleared through HR screen. Team 'functional' interviews were not 'well structured or organized' which does make getting value out very difficult. Staff didn't seem very engaged with hiring process - HR then ghosted for approx 3 weeks before generic decline email was sent. Disappointing given 3 interviews in 8 days then don't value my (or their own staff's) time enough to close out for over 3 weeks. Request for follow up wasn't responded to.
