Had a Skype interview with HR which included solving simple automation problems. Got a reply next day that they won't proceed further. If they think the person is not a best fit why interview in the first place.

The interview was in 5 stages progressing in depth as you move towards the final interview. The first stage is a basic HR call to get to know you better then the next stage is a case study which you will have time to submit.
