I received a phone call about my application that I submitted online. It was for an over-the-phone interview. They confirmed my availability, then afterwards I was asked to come in to the store for a meet-and-greet.

I first got an email to talk to an HR rep on the phone. They asked simple questions about customer service mostly. Then I got an email to go to the actual store for another interview. There I was asked about the job and the responsibilities. Very easy interviews

Asked about how I work with others and handle tasks. Was quite straight forward and brief. Discussed availability and customer service skills, and possibly a background check before a hiring decision is made.
You ask for the hiring manager and you go into the office. You sit down and then they start asking you questions on how would you react to certain situations. It was very easy.
