Very unprofessional, disrespectful interview process. A 1-2 hour skills test up front without even an opportunity to speak with the company is grossly disrespectful of applicant time and reveals a lack of basic professionalism. This is not a good way to hire people and if they are so unprofessional in the interview process I doubt they treat employees any better.
