I was asked to complete 6 tests: alpha-numeric, excel, culture, general office skills, etc. It was quite a time consuming process, then a recruiter told me: how bad I score, she said that I only did well 2 tests and the rest was very bad, othrwords, I do not qualified for the position. My concern was that I was for 7 years a records clerk in gas&oil, as well the position I apply for. My other concern was that I have a college degree, I am an educated worker. Perhaps, different attutude of recruiter would be helpful. This was the worse interview ever!
