Started with a recruiter /HR, then hiring manager, then multiple panels. First interview was a phone call, all of the others were scheduled via recruiter and held on zoom. Panels were not comprised solely from of the department.

First - Phone interview with a recruiter which involves discussing salary expectations. Second- Video interview with a panel of three team members. There may be a third position if the team wants however I was given a tentative offer after 1 week of my panel interview.
