Case study is an RFP w/very little real info and alot of direct "this is what we want". Then they ask you how to respond but they don't give you answers to questions you ask so you can properly formulate a response. They say there is no real answer, but the only question they asked me whas "How many people do you staff the project with?" How could you possibly know if they won't discuss the case with you.
