There's an in office first-round interview followed by a second round job-shadow interview. Job shadow allows you to see what the business is all about and gives you a feel for whether or not you would be a good fit for the position. Very informative lunch meeting about the training program, advancement opportunities, and salary.

This place is super shady. It’s in a somewhat run down business complex which doesn’t have many businesses in it. The office looks absolutely nothing like what the website made it out to be - there is very minimal furniture, nothing on the walls, and chipped paint. When I got there, there were several other people in various stages of interviewing. I waited for maybe 5 minutes before it was my turn. I was shown into an office which looked completely unfinished. There was only a desk and two chairs- nothing on the desk at all. The interview was very quick and the person interviewing me was nice enough but skirted around questions of what exactly I would be doing by saying things like “interacting face to face with customers”. I was told that they planned on expanding by three offices in the next year, which seemed weird to me because this office wasn’t even furnished properly. The entire time I was there I didn’t see a single computer or anything else you would need to run a business. They were very coy about what exactly the position required.
