I received an email to schedule a brief phone screen interview. When the day came, I was very excited as this seemed like the perfect fit. After the phone call, I was thrilled to know that they were excited to talk to me and I would hear back later in the week about scheduling another interview. After sending an email to follow-up, I was totally ghosted. Never heard back, never received a "thank you, but..." email. I was so disappointed and totally turned off by this.
