The CEO got my detailed reply and just said my analysis were not complete, missing key competitor data. I am a senior executive. For the type of questions he asked, I get paid. Naturally, I kept things general and simple, yet professional. I wish I had seen the reviews here earlier. An ex employee indicates that they post jobs to get free ideas from experts. I have hired over 100 people in progressive startups. I found this interview process suspicious. The toxic micromanagement environment some people speak about is a major red flag.
