I did a first round interview with the Senior TA team member. He was welcoming and built rapport very quickly. He asked what I knew about the company and to discuss my experience. I would have proceeded in the process but didn’t see myself able to go into the office twice a week. Otherwise, it was a great first round meeting!

- Interview process was thoughtful and thorough. - 4 rounds; Interview with hiring manager, interview department lead, presentation of my 30/60/90 day plan, interview with C-level exec. - The role's goal was clear, how to go about achieving said goal was down to me, hence the 30/60/90 day presentation.
