Seems to be one of the few companies out there with truly autonomous product teams. There is no case interview, which means that the examples you give should be described in meticulous detail. Important to be extremely well-versed in your metrics, I struggled a bit from this as I didn't clearly remember all the metrics in the past projects I described.

Entrevista
First round of interview was done by the recruiter, then an assignment was sent (where you need to present your thinking process on a Product management decision, no artefacts or deliverables other than a Google doc). The second round of interviews was with the Product Lead and the Product designer

Good recruiter experience, set expectations every step of the way. HM good vision. Clarity on next steps for company.
Teams seem very well (consistently) structured and setup for success with good autonomy and scope for incoming folks.
Misaligned on salary expectations. Not good for experienced folks, the company's potential for growth holds little upside for employees.
