1st interview with a recruiter (phone screen) 2nd interview with the hiring manager, then with different teams. The recruiter is easy to speak to and has shared great info on the company. Took over 2 weeks to hear back from the hiring manager when she already decided to pursue a candidate who's in the interview process.
