The interview process was smooth and delivered with a lot of kindness. I had a task to complete as well as x3 interviews (standard for this kind of role). Every person I spoke to was excited to meet me, inclusive and happily answered all of my questions throughout. Remote's public handbook makes it so easy to understand the process, what to expect, what you may be asked and what the company is like before you even speak to a Recruiter. Everyone I spoke to was prepared, they had reviewed my CV/cover letter which meant our interviews felt more like conversations then anything else. The Recruitment officer communicated with me each step of the process and ensured I always knew what happened next. I spoke to a lot of different tech companies throughout my job search and I found it was a much faster process with Remote which I appreciated. There wasn't the obligatory 2 week wait to hear back from the Recruiter. I also felt Remote was the only company I spoke to who really made me feel as though they were excited for their future as a team/company. Throughout all of my interviews each person I spoke to was passionate and excited about Remote's overall mission.
