I have attended a couple of interviews before but nothing had prepared me for this experience. Started off with a senior recruiter who had thoroughly combed through my CV. After that, I had sessions with 4 other senior executives. Each one of them was very clear, detailed and had prepared questions that were specific to the role. Kindness, excellence and transparency were very evident in the process. Where an answer I gave was not clear, clarification was sought in a manner that gave you (the candidate) absolute confidence about the process. This is the best interview panel that I have faced in my professional career.
