It took about a week to hear back from the recruiter after I applied. There was no phone screen, they invited me directly to the HQ. I had two interviews in the following week. Overall: - Nice interviewers, I felt welcomed. - Technical exercises were interesting and challenging. I got impression that there is no "right" or "wrong" answer for most of the questions, but they needed to see thinking process and, probably, company fit. - Standard people management discussion. Couple of days later I was informed that they do not want to proceed. Don't know if additional steps are planned for candidates who pass second interview.

Phone interview with their HR Technical Recruiter (Gabriela) - I have worked as a contractor/consultant for 20+ years, I have had dozens of interviews across six countries, several industries and my experience found most recruiters just shovel resumes and ask prepared questions that come with prepared answers. I can name and count on one hand the number of recruiters I felt were sufficiently familiar with the job to answer questions with depth. Gabriela knew the job beyond a prepared script, she knew the team personalities, how they functioned (their processes), and she knew more than buzz words. Her responses made me more keen on joining. Unfortunately, I was not to be successful with my application - maybe they'll be lucky next time =)
