The Recruitment Person's name is Melissa. She's nice and she'll be the first person to contact you via phone or email to setup a phone interview. On a final note, no matter how good you are, they only hire people who graduate from certain schools like UCLA, Occidental College and Stanford. If you're brown or black, they won't hire you.
