Had an interview with the hiring manager, one presentation and demo to the hiring manager, and a presentation and demo to a panel. Got extremely good feedback from the hiring manager from the first two rounds, and then when the panel interview came around, everyone seemed super dead all throughout the presentation. Didn’t engage at all. And at the end their head of sales engineering told me “he was uncomfortable asking me questions because I was too confident and he felt uncomfortable throwing me off my flow” word for word. They sent me a generic pre-templated rejection email, and stopped responding when asked for feedback

Interview process was relatively quick and expectations for the presentation portion were not laid out clearly ahead of time. The platform is gigantic and the expectations of user knowledge during the interview process were a bit ridiculous
