I learned too late about this HR department's reputation: it is terrible! Really poor form, empty promises, unprofessional and damaging to the RevenueWire brand. She is known for taking forever to get back to candidates-- and this inside info came from a RevenueWire close collaborator. Another supplier of theirs told me that they are making "dirty money" and are unethical in how they generate revenue. Although all seemed promising and positive, this company turned out to be a dud and a huge waste of time and energy. Don't get fooled like I did.
