Recruiter screen, practical prospecting task, cold-call role play, follow-up email exercise, then final interview. They test commercial judgment, resilience, communication, ownership, sales process understanding and Revolut motivation. Overall smooth process
Quick and easy. The interview had 3 stages and it progressed quite quickly. The environment isn't great and the turnover of the company is very high. Difficult probation period. Difficult mentally
A few rounds of interview
First recruiter or HR, then task to source out leads and a role play on cold calling, and then an interview with the country manager
However, country manager seems to have a certain set of model answers he is looking for. If you dont answer what he wants to hear, you are out.
