I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn for this position that was seemingly a perfect fit for my experience and skillset. We scheduled a "getting to know you" call to discuss the role and go over my qualifications. Not only did they never show up, they didn't even notify me beforehand that they were running late or couldn't make it. Based on other Glassdoor interview reports, this isn't uncommon. I'm disappointed that a global company of this size would be this unprofessional.
