First step was an online assessment, which I passed. Second - interview with a recruiter - passed as well. Third interview was with Head of Sourcing, they told me that it will take 1 h, consisting in a discussion and a practical test on Linkedin recruiter. In reality, the discussion was ended abruptly by the interviewer after 20 min, without saying anything about that practical test. During the discussion, the guy seemed that he doesn't know what questions to ask in order to really see if the candidate is a fit, didn't go in depth with them. After one day I received an email that I am rejected. I replied asking why the interviewer didn't give that test but never got an answer. All this experience felt very unprofessional and was very disrespectful in my opinion. I don't recommend starting an interview process with them. And a message to the management - please select more careful who is recruiting for you, as I read most interview experiences were negative. Hire someone with more respect to the candidates, as this affects your company's reputation.
