Entrevista
This was an absolutely terrible experience. I passed the screening interview and then the required aptitude test and was scheduled for a second interview, for which I was thrilled. The day after being scheduled for a second interview I received an email from the screener stating I would no longer be moving along during the interview process. Confused, I messaged her and a few hours later she responded that I was overqualified for the role and that the second interview was for a role better suited for my experience. She did not state what the role was in the message. Relieved, I thanked her and then sent the recruiter a message inquiring for which role I would be interviewing. I never heard from her in the week leading up to the interview.
Not knowing what to expect I entered the second interview and needed to wait because the next screener was 5 minutes late. Then when she arrived I explained the situation, and she said, "Wait let me look at your CV and notes." This clearly indicates she was not prepared for the interview.
After reviewing my CV and the role, she went on to state that this role was also not for me. She then went onto inquire about my salary expectations and visa status. From there, she stated she would get back to me because she needed to talk to the recruiter and I would hear from her soon. I never heard back from her. I reached out to connections on LinkedIn to share my experience in the hopes that nobody else would go through this and I also never heard back from them.

Entrevista
1st stage was a discussion with recruiter, then there was a test (math, logic, verbal understanding questions). I found the test very difficult. Next, I had interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I was declined after the meeting. I was told that next stages would include skill assesment and bar raiser interview.

Entrevista
Five interviews with five different people.
Between each, there were check-ins with the recruiters and preparation sessions for the key interviews (the problem-solving and bar raiser rounds).
A lot of helpful materials were shared throughout, and I can honestly say my interviewing skills improved along the way.
The process was quite fast, the interviewers were generally very available, and the recruiter remained highly communicative throughout. Overall, it was a great experience.

Pergunta 1
The questions mainly focused on the company’s values, assessing cultural fit, and understanding how you approach problem-solving.
I applied for a People Partner Experience role. The first interview was canceled with only five minutes’ notice. For the second, I waited 25 minutes for someone to join, sent an email to check, and received no response. This ghosting is particularly disappointing for a role focused on human experience.
Revolut often promotes itself as a company with good practices that cares about its employees, but experiences like this reveal a culture where the “People First” message does not align with reality. I hope they review their processes and treat candidates with the same consideration they claim to offer their staff.
