3 stages - super smooth and professional. Last stage was a 15 minute chat with the head of UK sales, and previous stages were half an hour each with two Sales Managers about skills and experience.

Give me your elevator pitch for why someone should join Revolut.

Entrevista
Fast, transparent, pretty straightforward. They shared the compensation package right away. They asked me to perform 1 basic roleplay (nothing too complex) and to share a couple of KPI's from last roles (sales cycle, avg deal size, # of calls made per day). I decided not to move forward with the process because they consistently reminded that if you don't meet your targets within 2 months, you'll be fired - which make total sense but the fact that they mentioned it 5 times in 2 different calls made it a red flag for me-.

Entrevista
I went a few rounds of interviews one in English, one in Italian and one in Portuguese. The first two rounds went quite well we discussed my experience I prepared my pitch which also went well, and on the last round the interview was very short and I was left with the impression that the fact I spoke Brazilian Portuguese was a determinant factor for the hiring manager.
