Really unprofessional recruiter. Did not show up to phone screen, had to reschedule, emailed me about intent to schedule for interview with team member, then proceeded to be unreachable/unresponsive for a week until the Sunday night before the interview to even confirm the date. I did eventually get to a video call with a member of the team which went well, pretty easy. Just questions about culture fit, how I work, background, etc etc. they said I would get a second video call and that the recruiter would schedule very soon. Recruiter was then unresponsive and unreachable for another two weeks.
